Montreal Renovation
This award winning renovation includes a two-storey space over the dining room connecting the lower floor to the ground floor. The interior walls are sandblasted brick or drywall. Floors are quarry tile in the lower level and existing wood sanded, and finished on the other floors. Lighting is primarily indirect with custom built-in fixtures in the living room. A built-in bench provides an overlook to the dining room and the stair support forms a sculptural element in the living room.
