Etobicoke House
The design of this new house included approximately 3500 SF of space overlooking the beautiful Westmount ravine. The client requested a Tudor design to complement other houses in this Royal York neighborhood. The design included large terraced exterior living spaces which function as integral extensions of the rooms. The design features a massive cedar shingle roof which disguises the size of the house and creates a residential scale.
