North Toronto Third Floor Addition
This third-storey addition features an A-frame structure to provide two additional bedrooms and a bathroom to this North Toronto house. A large dormer provided space for the stairway and washroom and the gable front echoed the design of the existing porch. Detailing along the soffit helped to tie the addition into the existing house and raised ceilings made the interior spaces more interesting.
